This service is intended for projects that require a lot of native Tcl/Tk and/or Eagle integration work. Custom modifications to native Tcl/Tk and/or Eagle are also within the scope of this service.

Support agreements can be customized to the needs of each individual customer, but generally include direct telephone support and priority handling of issues. Guaranteed response time is also available as an option. The cost of technical support varies according to customer needs.
